We have a new opportunity for our client who are based in Epping.

We are looking for an efficient and organised Operations Team Assistant who can demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills along with the ability to multi task and prioritise whilst being calm and professional at all times.

The ideal candidate will have good ICT skills and be able to learn new systems quickly.

Key responsibilities of the Operations Team Administrator;

−  Diary management for Directors as required.

−  Preparing documentation for Directors as required.

−  Liaising with external clients to arrange meetings and conference calls.

−  Expenses.

−  Hotel and travel bookings.

−  Internal and external meeting room bookings.

−  Liaising closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.

−  Working with and providing holiday/sickness cover for the wider Executive Support Team.

−  Providing lunch, holiday and sickness cover for Head Office Reception.

−  Assisting with Head Office event organisation

For this role the candidate must be able to demonstrate at least 4 years’ experience of providing secretarial support to a senior management team.

The successful candidate will be working for a team of 5 directors so previous experience of assisting more than one manager/board member/director simultaneously is essential.

You should be confident in using outlook tools for diary management and room booking, have a minimum of intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus an awareness of Apple software such as Mac.

Preferably you will have a financial services or outsourcing ops background.
