Mosaic Accountancy Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a key client in the Harlow area who are renowned for offering a great working environment, support with professional development and long term career growth opportunities.
The role involves Supplier Accounting responsibilities, similar to a traditional Purchase Ledger Assistant, such as seeking and reconciling Credit Notes from suppliers, communicating with internal departments, processing Credits & Rebilling notes, and you'll also be involved in generating supplier reports for review by the senior Finance team.
It's a varied role, working with a large and friendly Finance team. You'll need to have worked in a similar Accounts role before, and if you are fluent in any other European languages that would be an advantage.
