We have a new role available for our client who are based in Central London.
Our client are a well-established and successful business who have recently gone through a period of growth and are looking for someone to join their team.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate intermediate Excel skills as this is an integral part of the role.
General description
The Client Services & Back Office Executive will be responsible for delivering administrative support to multiple departments, Customer Relations, Credit Control Department and the Legal Department. The role includes being an excellent team player to deliver a high level of service to clients and colleagues.
Core duties and responsibilities
- Support Customer Relations Department, Credit Control Department and Legal Department
- Inputting data
- Liaising with clients regarding account placements and provide reports
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Other ad hoc duties
Qualification, skills and experience: essential
- Good use of Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Attention to detail and able to cope with tight deadlines
- Organisational and time management skills
- Team player, able to work and support colleagues
