Mosaic Accountancy Recruitment have a temporary opportunity for a Credit Controller to assist the collections team with all AR and SL functions. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

All tasks to be carried out in a Total Quality manner, consistent with the Company culture.

Key Tasks

• Chasing overdue accounts
• Chasing for monies about to become overdue
• Set maintain and review Credit Limits within agreed D of A
• Putting on / taking off of stop
• Review and action daily withheld shipments within agreed DOA
• Dealing with insolvency paperwork (Central function)
• Any other duties that may be required

• Finance team

• Field Sales
• Internal Sales

Measurable Performance Standard:

• DSO for the ledger
• Value of overdue (£ and %)
• Value of disputes
• Bad debt write-off %

Experience/Skills (Indicative):

• Good knowledge of Credit Control techniques and practices
• Numerate with accounting knowledge
• Telephone collection and negotiation skills
