We are looking for a Legal Executive/Paralegal for our client based in Harlow who deal with high volume compensation claims.  They are a new business with a growing team and want someone who can deputise for the Legal Manager in his absence.  They are a friendly, motivated team who are focussed and energetic.

You will need to have had recent experience and understanding of the county court small claims procedures and skills in:

• Drafting of pleadings
• Replies to defences
• Witness Statements
• Instructing counsel
• Preparation of trial bundles

Ideally they would like someone who has experience, or the capability of managing a small as well as demonstrable experience of handling large volume caseloads.  Salary is dependant on experience and will range from £24,000 - £29,750.00 per annum.  Hours can be flexible and they will look at both part time and full time.
