This role will be a challenging and fulfilling opportunity that will provide you with variation and satisfaction.
We are looking for people with a proven background within customer services, preferably call centre and you must be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to be decisive. Previous telephone experience is essential.
You will be required to manage your own case load of customers, each of whom you will need to build a relationship with and be the first point of contact for any queries or issues.
Demonstrating outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal you will also be able to use your own initiative with a customer focused attitude.
Assisting customers with funding applications you will need to be able to talk each customer through options and the services available, drawing upon internal resources and advice.
