We are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Logistics Administrator for our Client based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known and established company.
Our client can offer you a competitive hourly rate of up to £9.00 per hour. This will be an ongoing temporary position on a week to week basis dependant on workload. The ideal candidate will be available immediately.
Responsibilities
• Responding to enquiries from the company and logistic providers • Resolving customer queries and complaints • Monitoring inbound / outbound shipments • Daily / weekly reporting • General administration and filing • Processing export shipments • Processing returns orders • Processing and Creating Reports for HMRC • Ad-hoc duties/tasks requested by management
Skills
• SAP knowledge desirable but not vital • Proven administrative experience is essential • Logistics experience not essential • IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Personal attributes: self-motivated, reliable, team player, driven and resourceful • Excellent time management and multitasking skills necessary
