We have a new opportunity for our client who are based in Harlow.

This is a Maternity cover contract and is likely to be until April 2018.

We are looking for a Marketing / Graphic Design Assistant who has a proven background using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint.

Primary purpose of the role:                      

Design, artwork and creation of point of sale materials, internal and corporate communications.

•             All Microsoft office packages (STRONG PowerPoint is a must)

•             Ability to work in a team

Key Responsibilities:

•             Working with Head of Creative Services and Print Production Manager to produce design/artwork for all company marketing collateral.

•             Producing bespoke Powerpoint presentations for the company sales team.

•             Preparing images/content for social media posts and email marketing campaigns.

•             Content management of website.

•             Monitoring our social media sites using Hootsuite and answering any questions/queries (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Posting content for our      social media channels).

•             Monitoring company reviews online (TrustPilot) and responding as necessary.

•             Ordering business cards as requested.

•             Proof reading.

•             Taking point of sale stock orders from agents over the phone and via email

•             Adding the orders to the delivery system

•             Dealing with any queries regarding stock orders

Our client work hours of 9am – 5pm and have free parking on site.
