We have a Temporary Customer Service Advisor role become available for our client who are based in Harlow.
This role will be for approximately 6 months, possibly longer. There could also be the possibility of this role becoming permanent depending on the needs of the business.
Our client would be also looking to offer a discretionary bonus, based on team performance.
The duties of the role will be to take incoming calls from customers that are looking for their equipment to be replaced / serviced or have a general query. Where possible, you will be required to discuss the customers needs and discuss additional products / services that the company can provide.
Previous up selling experience would be an advantage but customer service skills would be essential along with an outgoing and confident personality. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be professional and reliable.
You must be able to commit to this role for a minimum of six months.
