We have a new opportunity available for a Technical Administrator for our client who are based in Turnford.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar role, be technically minded and have excellent IT skills.
Summary;
- To support and assist the Technical Administration Manager and wider Technical Team to help fulfil the duties of the function.
- To develop relationships with and support, in a technical capacity, customers and other third parties.
- Manage the expectations of the customers and other third parties by responding to their requirements and needs effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities for the Technical Administrator;
Reports
- Consolidate Packhouse complaints into one weekly report.
- Produce monthly Packhouse KPI reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Run and produce accurate reports and presentations as required, by the technical team or our customers ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail.
Ad Hoc
- Assisting with the updating of the technical information stored and used within the databases.
- Allocate, manage and sign off appropriate invoices
- Work closely with Technical Team members, providing support as and when required
- Ad hoc administration and projects

- Take responsibility for the Health and Safety of yourself and others whilst at work

- To comply with all legal and statutory obligations applicable to the role.

Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Experience of working with databases including report generation and analysis
- Experience of working for or with the Produce Industry would be an advantage

- Computer Literate
- Receptiveness to change within fast moving industry

- Able to work within a team
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure with a high attention to detail
- Proven Time management skills: Accustomed to working with and meeting time critical deadlines
- Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal personnel
- IT Skills – Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point software applications and Microsoft Outlook. Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.
