- Description
Our client is looking for a self-motivated and pro-active person with excellent customer service skills to provide a first class administration service to customers, building relationships to obtain business growth. This is a part-time permanent position working for a large, global Organisation based in Hatfield.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of between £18,000 - £20,000 pro-rata dependant on experience. They will be eligible for the end of year bonus scheme and will also receive excellent benefits and working environment.
The position is within the Marketing Communications Department and the hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Wednesday to Friday (21 hours).
Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, owning and resolving them daily
- Provide administrative support for all departmental activities
- Maintain a close working relationship with out wholesalers and value added resellers
- Process invoices
- Process new customer claims and credits
- Manager customer clothing and promotional goods orders
- Upload marketing enquiries and leads
- Monitor and action incoming partner programme communications
- Maintain SAP literature orders/stock take and SAP codes
Person Specification
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Personal attributes: positive, resilient, personable and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines set
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- IT literate – MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Educated to GCSE grade ‘C’ and above or equivalent in both Maths and English
- Knowledge of SAP desirable
