We have a fantastic opportunity available immediately for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Case Manager.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and telephone skills, be empathetic and sensitive to customers needs with the ability to multi- task and organise their workload effectively.
It is essential that you have a demonstrable background within a customer focused environment and have previous experience in a telephone (ideally call centre) based role.
This is a challenging, yet very rewarding role. You will be working in a busy team environment and you will be responsible for your own case load of clients on a day to day basis. You will need to ensure that you are managing your client’s expectations, keeping them updated and answering any queries / questions that may arise. This role will also need you be very proactive with the ability to use your own initiative.
Customer Service:
- Meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring communications are clear, accurate, and concise and focused on ensuring customers are kept well informed about the process and their own progress.
- Process customer information quickly and efficiently in line with our operating principles.
- Handle customer complaints, queries, appeals and reviews, liaising with management as necessary.
