As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibility will be answering incoming customer calls and responding to general enquiries.
Key duties;
Quoting changes on policies Processing payments Responding to emails Contacting customers and providing updates / changes
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm (You are paid extra for Saturdays)
The starting salary is £15-17k depending on experience. You will also get the chance to earn a performance related bonus each month of up to £250.00 as well as the opportunity to win great prizes, such as, experience days, shopping vouchers and dinner on the company.
