An exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join an established and growing organisation on a permanent basis.
The company operates within the Audio-Visual / Technology sector, providing innovative products and solutions. This role will support the sales function of the business, with a strong focus on quoting and order processing.

- Position: Sales Support Administrator
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Working pattern: Onsite
- Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Up to £2,000 per annum based on targets

- Increases by 1 day per year, up to a maximum of 30 days per annum
- Experience using Sage 200 for order processing
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
- Administering and logging all quotes
- Responding to pricing queries via email and telephone
- Order inputting, processing, and maintenance
- Providing telephone support
- Liaising with suppliers
- Updating customers and clients with product data
- General administrative duties
- Previous experience in Administration or Sales Support
- Excellent telephone manner
