Location: Harlow (onsite)
Salary:£27,000-£33,000 depending on experience
Hours: 9-5pm

Overview:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Scheduler/Service Desk Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating workloads, managing diaries, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet client and business needs. Ideal candidate would have experience in the software 'BigChange' or someone with a construction background. We are looking for someone with a great telephone manner that has the ability to liaise with customers, businesses and engineers and can adapt accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and schedule daily workloads for staff/engineers/technicians.
- Liaise with clients to arrange appointments, confirm availability, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain and update scheduling systems/databases with accurate and timely information.
- Communicate with field staff to provide updates and respond to changes or urgent requests.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
- Provide excellent customer service when handling inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports on scheduling activities.
- Support the wider team with general administration as required.
- Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM systems.
