Logistics Coordinator
Location: Harlow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience
An established and growing medical device manufacturer and global distributor is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their young, cohesive team based in Harlow. This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous logistics experience, general office skills, and good IT abilities who is looking to develop within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Ideally, applicants will be local to the Harlow area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate shipments based on product availability and customer requirements
- Generate accurate documentation for domestic and international deliveries
- Enter and manage order details using internal systems and databases
- Liaise with warehouse teams and transport partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Provide regular order updates to customers and maintain excellent customer service
- Support general office administration as needed
- Some experience in logistics and good all round general office administration
- Strong IT skills, particularly with order management systems and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Preferably based local to Harlow
