Full Job Description
We are looking for a customer focussed individual with excellent communication and administrative skills for a well-established organisation based in Hertfordshire.
The role will focus on supporting the member centre community and co-ordinating all activities with the purpose of retaining existing Centres and members through the delivery of a high standard of customer care. The role requires the ability to multi-task, ensuring all activities, processing and turn-around times are met whilst delivering first rate customer service.
Duties will include:
- First line centre customer care activities through phone, email, social media and web
- New candidate registration and data validation
- Maintenance of centre data quality and integrity
- Certification processing
- Processing and distribution of Centres Hub forms
- Coordinate effective running of accredited assessor workshops and process all relevant documents
- Process Accredited approvals in line with procedures
- Provide administrative support to all teams across the department including support for careers related activity
- Suggest enhancements to the service provision to add value for members & centres and maximise member/centre interest in additional products and services
- Support the Centre Services Manager in the delivery of project and departmental objectives
- Demonstrable level of performing a high standard of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail with data and copy, proof reading skills
- Good organisational, written and verbal skills
- A good knowledge of office practices, administration, marketing and customer service skills and techniques
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- I.T. literate (MS Office and social media tools)
