Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth onboarding experiences.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in lead nurturing, client engagement, and various sales and business development activities.
- Maintain accuracy in contracts, documentation, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Monday board) to support workflow, progress tracking, and team efficiency.
- Embrace new technologies and systems to enhance productivity.
- Proactive & Organised: Capable of managing multiple tasks and following up independently.
- Excellent Communicator: Confident and professional in client and team interactions.
- Detail-Oriented: Precise with documentation and focused on compliance.
- Sales Support Experience: Background in lead nurturing and supporting business growth.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable using CRM systems and open to learning new tools.
