Key Account Executive required for our lovely client in Waltham Cross
Location: Cheshunt/Waltham Cross ⏰ Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: £30,000 + 20% annual bonus (paid in December)
About the Role: We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to manage key client relationships, oversee stock levels, and ensure smooth business operations. This role requires strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage multiple databases and systems ✅ Track and transfer stock across departments ✅ Handle month-end invoicing and liaise with Accounts ✅ Maintain accurate activity reports in Excel ✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email ✅ Ensure optimal stock levels and equipment upkeep ✅ Collaborate with teams to provide up-to-date client support
What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Strong communication (written & verbal) ✔️ Attention to detail & problem-solving skills ✔️ Proactive decision-making & prioritisation ✔️ Conflict management abilities ✔️ Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook ✔️ Previous customer care experience is essential ✔️ Prior administrative experience is a plus
