- Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager
Salary: £26,780 plus up to £15,000 OTE can be achieved
- £5,000 is for achieving quarterly sales targets
- £10,000 is on achieving large growth above and beyond targets.
Hours: 8-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays
the ideal candidate for this role will have some background in sales/account management or looked after a portfolio of clients.
You will need to be outgoing and confident in this role and the ability to be able to pick up the phone and build good solid relationships with existing clients. Someone of a bubbly nature who is self motivated with the energy and drive to want to make the role a success. Someone who is able to clearly communicate on all levels. Excel required at basic level as the company use excel to track their projects.
MAIN FUNCTION OF THE INTERNAL SALES SPECIALIST ROLE:
Our client is a consultative sales team specialising in refrigeration equipment. The main function of the team is to promote and sell refrigeration equipment and along with associated products.
The strategy is to gain market share with existing products as well as developing sales for new products, services, and innovations into an existing market.
The team will be set annual performance and sales targets.
As Internal Sales Specialist your primary objectives are:
- Proactively develop and grow sales with target customers.
- Build strong business relationships to enhance product understanding and sales.
- Promote and drive increased sales of refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of quotes and consistently convert them into orders.
- Follow guidance from management and collaborate with the Internal Sales Specialist team to achieve company goals.
- Identify and share sales opportunities across other business areas.
- Attend regular sales meetings and participate in training sessions.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features, advantages, and benefits.
- Report market trends, competitor activities, and sales barriers to the UK Sales Manager.
