Our lovely client in Waltham Abbey is looking for a confident and experienced Account Executive to provide an exceptional level of customer support for our key customer account(s).
Processing orders
Manage stock levels
Raise purchase orders, liaise with customers and procurement team to provide pricing
Stock availability
Produce weekly/monthly sales/stock reports
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be self-motivated, and demonstrate the following;
Superb customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, developing an understanding of the account(s) and industry
Confident constructing emails and good telephone manner
Be able to provide solutions to customers and identify opportunities
Self-motivated and able to adapt to an ever changing industry
Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills
Work well as part of a team and independently
Experience in Sales and Account management preferred

Contract Type: Permanent Work Location: Fully onsite/In-person in our Waltham Abbey Offices Working Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday Salary £27,000 plus 20% bonus structure paid annually
