Description
Hybrid role post probation with 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Accessible from central Harlow or Harlow Town station.

You must be able to start work on the 17th June.

About the role:

Are you wanting to work for an organisation that values its staff?

This is in a busy customer service centre, you will working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.

You will be the first point of contact for the customers, patience and empathy are key, delivering customer service that is second to none and carrying out administration duties.

Accuracy and working well with other departments is also key.

For the role you will need to:
  • Treat customers as individuals 
  • Be sensitive, tactful and a good listener
  • You will have a passion for customer service and be happy on the phone
 
Ideally you will have:
  • Experience in a contact centre environment but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience of dealing with front line customer complaints.
  • Case management experience.
  • Experience of working with digital channels such as web chat and email.
  • Knowledge or lived experience of disability in either personal or professional life.
