Telesales Manager
Location: Waltham Abbey, Essex
Hours: 8-5pm Monday – Friday (onsite) 
Salary: Competitive salary with achievable bonus structure up to £5,000
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays

As a Telesales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their sales team towards success and exceeding targets.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team of 6. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Telesales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the telesales department, including managing a team of telesales representatives, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, motivate and nurture a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed KPI's/sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  3. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  5. Train new candidates and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as External Sales team to optimise sales processes and enhance the customer experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the company
  9. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.
  10. Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints as needed.
  11. Manages regular reviews on progress against plan/target and build clear action
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in motivating and leading a team.
  2. Proven track record of success in adhering to Targets and KPI’s
  3. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Great mathematical skills
Experience:
Experience in FMCG would be advantageous but not necessary.
