Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge medical devices, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies. With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager to lead our team of 14 field engineers. You will be commited to manage the Service Department, service contract business, breakdowns and repair provision for all customers
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership and support to the Field Service Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure the team's continuous development.
- Service Delivery and Growth:
- Drive growth through the delivery of excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the team to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, exploring new business opportunities, and identifying areas for service improvement.
- Performance Metrics and Targets:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track individual and team performance.
- Implement strategies to achieve and surpass new business targets, ensuring the team's success in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Breakdown and Service Contracts:
- Ensure prompt and efficient coverage for breakdowns and service contracts, optimizing resource allocation and response times.
- Collaborate with the Service Team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Work closely with the Regulatory Department to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Proven Service engineer background.
- Demonstrated success in a management or leadership role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites across the UK as needed.
