We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated PA/Secretary to offer secretarial and administrative support to a new Executive at an exciting time of change and growth. Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience working as a PA/Secretary providing Executive/Board support. You will also be a confident communicator who builds excellent working relationships both internally and externally.
Duties will involve:
Providing administrative support
Booking Meetings
Organising UK travel
Managing and scheduling a diary
Offering a general secretarial service
Dealing with ingoing and outgoing correspondence
Communicating internally and externally
The role will involve home and office working and will also require travel to London and other UK locations.
