- Administrator (within the technical team)
An exciting opportunity has arisen in a multi-billion-dollar, global food business, based in Hertfordshire. To support our continued growth and development, we are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Technical team. We are
looking for somebody who is eager to join a busy team in a fast-moving business. This would ideally suit somebody who has been in a similar role for 2+ years.
Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Organise presentations in PowerPoint.
• Gather info from various sources and transfer to excel spreadsheets
• Other general admin tasks
• DHL + Couriers for samples
• Providing Administrative support for all other departments alongside the technical team.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Organising international travel arrangements for Technical (and wider) department/s.
The Person
• 5 years administration experience (ideally in a fmcg environment) .
• Accuracy with attention to detail with data and data transfer.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working to deadlines and changes ability to react to short notice changes to suit operational requirements
• Willing to learn and develop.
• Proactive, ability to work using own initiative.
• Ability to connect and work in a small team.
• Interpersonal/ Communication skills
• Flexible approach.
• Good Administration skills
• Customer service skills.
• Organisational skills
• Other languages could be beneficial.

What’s on offer:
• Salary up to £30,000
• Hours 09.00 – 5.30 with 1 hour lunch
• Salary will depend on experience
• 25 days holiday, increasing to 27 after 5 years’ service and 30 after 10 years
