Our client is a solutions specialist based in lovely offices in the heart of Hoddesdon.
They are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead the team of 6-7 staff on a daily basis.
The main part of this role is to direct and control the Customer Support department to ensure delivery of quotations and orders for products and services.

Customer Support Manager

Permanent, Full-Time
Office Based (Monday to Friday)
£40,000 neg per annum
Key Duties:
Direct and control staff of the department.
lead, manage and motivate the Team
Ensure the teams KPI's are met
Develop and implement a customer support strategy.
Allocate workload within team
Monitor service levels to ensure standards of service are met.
About You:
Exceptional communication skills
Good I.T skills
Previous experience leading a Team
