Position Type: Full-time, Temporary
Duration: Ongoing, starting from January 3rd
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may change)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Temporary School Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various aspects of school operations, with a focus on Student Services, Medical Administration/First Aid, and general administrative tasks related to student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Services:
- Maintain accurate student records, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in the enrollment and registration of students.
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff regarding student-related matters.
- Support the coordination of student events, activities, and programs.
- Medical Administration/First Aider:
- Administer first aid and manage medical emergencies as needed.
- Maintain and update health records for students.
- Communicate with parents regarding student health issues and coordinate medical appointments.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students.
- General Admin Supporting Student Needs:
- Manage student attendance records and collaborate with teachers on attendance-related matters.
- Oversee uniform distribution and ensure compliance with dress code policies.
- Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of student equipment and supplies.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the efficient functioning of the school office.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- First Aid certification is highly desirable.
