Our client is a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry, providing first class planned and reactive maintenance services across Greater London/M25 and the Home Counties area. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to schedule our team of 29 engineers on planned and reactive maintenance calls. Working in a small team supporting the Helpdesk Manager. This role is fully office based in Bishops Stortford.
**Candidates with transferable skills/similar experience will be considered for this role**

- Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
- Hours: 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

The Requirements:
- Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role
- Previous experience within building services company, busy reactive helpdesk and coordinating an engineering workforce.
- Reliable, excellent time keeping
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to multi task in high pressured environment
- Excellent organisational skills, Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Excellent numeracy/literacy skills
- Knowledge of service IT software systems
