This business is a service provider to other businesses, they have progressively been going through growth and are have strategic plans to continue on this trajectory.
They have an opportunity to support the operations function, coordinate our training delivery activities, by acting as the liaison point between clients, account managers and the training managers.
- Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (some flex on this)
- Remote working possible for the right candidate
Project coordination
- Acting as main point of contact for clients.
- Setting up projects
- Project set-up: internal folders, and systems
- Liaising with clients
- Maintaining information on the availability of team members
- Liaising with clients to ensure timely scheduling of work
- Reporting on changing aspects of the projects
- Negotiating and setting fees with team members
- Supporting team members with bespoke requests
- Printing, ordering and binding of materials when needed
- Sign off on invoices for relevant projects
- Raising invoices upon completion of projects
- Sourcing venues
- Monitoring registrations
- Minimum 2 years of providing administration of a business to business service delivery
- Experience of using CRM databases ideally SalesForce
- Experience of using project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft software skills – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of using Social Media including Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook for business purposes
