We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper for a well-established local Accountancy Practice. Working with a great team of individuals you will have previous Accounts / Bookkeeping experience up to Trial Balance./Final Accounts. Previous practice experience would be advantageous.
You will be supporting the Accountants and Clients with:
Bookkeeping duties; processing sales invoices, supplier receipts and expenses, bank reconciliations
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
CIS Monthly Returns
Processing payroll for various clients
Preparing Accounts on behalf of clients
Using Quickbooks on a daily basis
Ideally we are looking for someone with:
Previous Bookkeeping experience up to Trial Balance
Previous experience within an Accountancy Practice
Experience of Quickbooks or similar accounting package
