Project Delivery Executive - Construction
Hours: 8-4.30 Monday - Friday 1 hour for lunch
Salary: £35,000-45,000 depending on experience plus OTE
Additional Benefits after a successful probation period.

Job Summary:
As a Project Delivery Executive, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of supplier deals and arrangements to efficiently service large construction projects. You will develop and implement project delivery plans, maintain strong supplier relationships, and contribute to resource and standards development to meet our clients' procurement requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Deal Execution: Utilize and execute supplier deals and arrangements effectively to best service large construction projects, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
- Project Delivery Planning: Plan and deliver project delivery plans for materials supply to sites. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and advise on the best products and delivery methods to support our clients.
- Supplier Strategy Execution: Execute supplier strategy deals effectively and proactively fill category gaps to ensure comprehensive procurement solutions for clients.
- Resource Management: As the business grows, play a crucial role in utilizing resources efficiently and building a high-performing delivery team.
- Delivery Standards: Help define and execute delivery standards and effectiveness, ensuring deliveries are on schedule and in full, while continuously improving the delivery process.
- Grow our Business: This competency focuses on empowerment, leadership, decision-making, and understanding external impacts on the business. Levels range from entry to senior leadership.
