Description

Are you an all round bookkeeper/finance assistant, would you like 2 Days a Week In The Office, 3 from home PLUS Flexi Time!?

Some hybrid working possible, must be a driver.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Purchase invoices on a weekly basis
  • Creating sales invoices
  • Credit control chasing payments
  • Bank reconciliations of all accounts including petty cash on a weekly basis
  • General booking keeping duties
  • Reconciliation of credit card statements 
  • Preparing payment run 
  • Analysis of invoices
  • Preparation of invoices 
 
 
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to work in a team
Excellent communication skills
Experience using an accounts software would be desirable, ideally Xero
Intermediate Excel
Experience working within a finance role is essential
