Mosaic Recruitment are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our well-established client based in Harlow. Based in modern offices with a very welcoming, stable team this role will suit someone who wants to remain in their role long term.
This role is predominantly focused on Sales ledger but will also involve other finance administration. Previous Sales Ledger experience is highly desirable.
Raising bulk invoices
Raising and querying Credit Notes and requests
Producing various reports
Setting up new customers
Dealing with Price changes
Taking payments from customers
Providing invoices and statements
Answering phone
Welcoming visitors
Daily post (incoming & outgoing)
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm but with the flexibility on Friday to work 8.30am – 4.30pm If you have the above experience please apply today!
