- Do you love the flexibility of working within a Field based sales role? The role is based across Essex, Surrey and the south East including central London. Working within a small team of 3 so support will be given.
- Salary £35,000-45,000
- Hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern 3 days field based /2 days remote.
- Car allowance in excess of £5,000 p.a
- Once a month there will be a need to travel to the Waltham Abbey office EN9 for a monthly meeting.
ROLE PURPOSE:
To deliver annual targets through the effective management of a designated territory of customers. Drive business growth through the development of customer relationships whilst building relationships with new customers through supplying company products.

● Manages relationships within a designated territory of customers
● Delivers margin and volume growth in a designated territory of customers whilst driving continuous improvement in customer service
● Through a thorough understanding of the Food industry market to use a wide range of tools/techniques to effectively analyse the market
● Responsible for annual Budgets and quarterly and monthly Forecasts to ensure the business is holding the right stock levels
● Ensures continued development of new business pipeline
● Work with the internal sales team to ensure effective order capture, product availability and service delivery to a designated territory of customers
● Works closely with a designated territory of customers
● Manages the underwriting of stock with a designated territory of customers to minimise stock write off
● Works with key stakeholders
● Managing the core agreed KPI's
Essential:
● Significant sales experience FMCG, Food based or related industry
● Negotiation experience
● Project management experience; product development, customer and supplier
● Highly numerate
● Data analysis - demonstrable Excel ability & systems
● Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
● Experience in Contracts
