- My client are a major player in their industry are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic Sales Manager to join their expanding team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for building long-term relationships with existing and new business clients across our business. A requirement of the role is predominately field based but there is also a requirement to attend the office 2-3 times per week based in Cheshunt, Herts EN10.
You will:
• Understand client needs, strategy, and business, developing long-term relationships
• Develop a creative sales approach, source new leads, and produce bespoke proposals from an extensive inventory
of products
• Proactively set up meetings either virtual and/or face-to-face with existing and new clients to demonstrate how
best we can support their business
• Achieve commercial targets – renew client contracts on time and proactively identify upsell opportunities
Requirements:
• Have a positive professional attitude, be self-motivated and an ambitious dynamic individual
• Have experience of managing sales, as well as proactively sourcing new business opportunities
• Have experience of a consultative sales approach and an ability to deliver complex business solutions
• Client locations can often be in areas not easily accessed by public transport therefore a full driving licence & access to own vehicle is required
