- Mosaic Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Administrator with an interest in HR to join a prestigious organisation based in Hertford. The position is full time 37.5 hours per week with a rotational Saturday morning (4 hours – approx. 6 Saturdays per year).
Full training and guidance within HR will be provided by the HR Manager and Recruitment Manager. The role will require you to undertake a full range of administrative duties in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
Key Duties:
- Carry out a wide range of administrative duties relating to all aspects of HR including; recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, learning and development, benefits management and off-boarding
- Undertake a variety of day to day duties which may include: managing employee data, writing distributing and chasing a variety of employee documentation, scanning and filing, minute taking, preparation of references, managing candidate applications and interviews, new starter vetting checks, and general housekeeping
- Support and assist HR Management in key HR projects and deliverables
- Ensure that all work is supported with appropriate audit trails
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels
- Ensure all information is maintained with the utmost of professionalism
- Deliver employment best practices; monitoring current processes and practices
- Keep HR Management informed about all allocated areas of responsibility
- Proactively ensure compliance with HR legislation
- Minimum 5 years experience within an office based admin role
- A keen interest in HR and willingness to learn
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
