- A great opportunity has arisen for a sales administrator to work for our client in Waltham Abbey who is an international market leading in their industry.
Salary £26,250 p.a plus an annual performance bonus of up to £5,000 can be earnt depending on performance
Hours: 37.5 Hours - 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday (fully office based)
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays
Benefits: free lunch & beverages bought in twice weekly
This role is a very busy one requiring high attention to detail and someone who is proficient in Excel at intermediate level.
Typical duties and responsibilities
General customer service including processing online orders submitted on eBay, Amazon, OnBuy

- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, responding to customer requests, and maintaining customer service records and returns sheet
- Keeping stock up to date on our online marketplaces
- Liaising with company suppliers to check product availability for customer orders and order or restock items if necessary, arrange deliveries, correspondence, and email management as needed
- Raising purchase orders using the PO Database
- Liaising with the accounts department to keep financial records accurate and arrange payments promptly
- Assisting customers with setting up a trade account
- Providing stock lists on demand and process customer orders
- Communicating with customers about their orders, including sending out pre-alerts, pro forma invoices, delivery details
- Liaising with the financial department regarding payments
- Providing monthly price lists
- Regularly updating internal price lists and keeping track with pricing trends
- Pricing incoming batches, managing stock status sheet, uploading waybills, COE documents to CRM, completing purchase orders for new sales
- Attending monthly meetings
- Creating sales and sending out regular auction lists to customers
- Processing customer orders, sending out pro-forma invoices, checking incoming payments, liaising with dispatch team, and assisting with customer collections.
- Responsible for sending out regular offers to prospective customers via email, maintaining up to date stock lists in Optima, customizing our email marketing
