Creating all eBay listings • Drive the eBay targets and sales • Analyse the sales data and forecast sales projections and stock turn • List all items, ensuring all key words are correct • Price check all items to ensure company margins are met • Create and recommend product promotions to increase sales • Ensure all sales orders are raised on the system correctly • Ensure all PO's are linked to sales orders • Check all shipment dates are correct • Investigate any stock discrepancies • Dealing with eBay directly regarding any queries on the account • General administration
The Suitable Candidate
• High level of attention to detail • Strong organisational skills • Good communication skills on all levels • Previous administration experience would be an advantage but not essential • Happy to be office based
