- Role Overview
3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to play a vital role within our Marketing team. You will be working with the wider marketing team to establish and execute a monthly campaign plan across multiple sales channels including email, social, ecommerce website, catalogues, stores and telesales.
- Develop and manage the email marketing strategy across active, lapsing and lapsed client base to drive an increase in online revenue
- Produce engaging and targeted content for seasonal email marketing campaigns
- Analyse email marketing activity, tracking KPI’s and revenue to optimise future marketing campaigns
- Utilise email marketing software to build, target, A/B test and deploy end-to-end email and push notification campaigns
- Identify new trends in email marketing activity and evaluate new technologies
- Support heads of business with campaign delivery across content and email marketing
- Manage and develop the blog strategy for the website
- Work effectively with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and other industry experts to expand the product range and knowledge
- Excellent copywriting, grammar and punctuation skills with high attention to detail
- Native user of CRM/Email marketing software and comfortable in building communication flows across email and push notifications
- Understanding of working with large databases using data and insights in order to make informed decisions with a proven track record in effective data segmentation
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations and compliance within Email Marketing
- Knowledge and experience of Google Analytics and reporting
- Can work to a specific tone of voice with brand-led strategic messaging
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- A marketing (or similar) degree is a requirement
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, within a B2B environment would be beneficial but not required
