Main Purpose
To build developmental relationships with member of the business and leverage those relationships to raise awareness.
- Key point of contact for all members communication and liaison.
- Assessing and processing members applications.
- Update and maintain all relevant processes, documentation and the members portal.
- Plan, implement and organise members engagement activities and campaigns that build engagement and buy-in with members.
- Inform and educate members to raise awareness of the standards and disseminate best practice and values.
- Share relevant industry updates and information to build value in Partner relationships.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and behaviours in target audiences and design bespoke approaches to reach these.
- Review current initiatives and processes to build new and develop existing members relationships.
- Design new initiatives and/or identify and implement changes to existing initiatives to increase effectiveness and efficiencies of the members
- Identify key potential members using industry data and metrics and establish new relationships by demonstrating mutual goals and benefits.
- Identify and implement new technologies and systems to develop member engagement such as digital tools and machine learning.
Essential
- Knowledge of construction industry and key players in the sector.
- A track record in building strong relationship both internally and externally.
- Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Able to work within a team collaboratively.
- Positivity and commitment to see things through to a conclusion.
- Calm under pressure.
- Experience of transformational change including systems, processes and digitalisation.
- Business development experience.
- Experience of organising campaigns and engagement activities.

Salary: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
