- Customer Service Administrator with Technical Drawing This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical Customer Service Administrator to join a pioneering organisation who provide bespoke luxury products into high profile clients including Buckingham Palace and the Shard.

About The Role -
Experienced Customer Service Account Manager with experience in a technical and B2B Customer Service role in a manufacturing environment.
The Customer Service Account Manager is responsible for managing the customer service experience of high-end products. This entails:
- Building both client and internal relationships
- Handling enquiries on the phone and via email
- Maintaining a CRM
- Designing your clients’ products using our drawing software
- Processing and managing your clients’ orders using our Sage 200 ERP
- Overseeing your clients’ projects from cradle to grave
- Liaising with engineers and the sales team to provide a joined-up customer experience
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Team player but able to work on your own initiative
- ‘Do-er’ with a positive mental attitude
- Interested in understanding how things work
- Interested in design, architecture, product design or construction
- Strong computer skills with good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a fast paced and varied role, where no day is the same
- Passionate about Customer Service
- Loves to work on interesting projects and see their work come to fruition
- Want to learn and grow in their role
- Have technical drawing/design experience (CAD or Smart Builder)
- Have Sage 200 experience or similar ERP experience
- Appreciate and want to work with beautiful products
- Understand brand and want to contribute to a luxury brand experience for your clients
- Handling enquiries on the phone and via email promptly, courteously and in a professional manner
- Technical drawing

- Working alongside members of the sales team to support your accounts
- Raising customer specific quotations from architectural drawings
- Dealing with aftersales and technical enquiries
- General administration
- Liaising with sub-contractors to book in surveys or installations
