Description
A great opportunity has arisen to work within the central hub of our client’s internal sales force team in Hatfield Herts. The candidate will be overseeing all aspects of their current systems and project integrations. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of the construction industry and some experience of how tendering works.
Cross referencing projects so they aren’t duplicated. Responsible for project registrations, corporate deals and pricing for external and third parties. The candidate will be processed driven and able to work to processes put into place by the client. Be able to adapt quickly and be a fast learner.

This role is a hybrid role working 2 days in the office and 3 at home. 

Working in a team of 4, the ideal candidate will be proactive and be able to work independently and be able to  communicate effectively with piers and work in a small team.

**Ideal candidate will have knowledge of the construction industry and how the tendering process works and moves through the process from conception to order**

Key duties & Responsibilities:
  
  • Develop close working relationships both internally & externally (Branches /Corporate/Wholesalers)
  • Achieve and aim to exceed all KPIs and work towards Company goals
  • Responsible for project registrations on internal systems
  • Authority on Special Pricing and Corporate Deals
  • Responsible for the “Open Up” of projects between third parties and client
  • Identifying the tendering parties involved in projects and keeping the Sales Force up to date using their internal CRM system
  • Administer all aspects of Discount scheme, from application to review - maintaining accurate records
  • The 1st line of contact on internal system enquiries
  • Maintain reputation of Sales & Project Tracking Department both internally & externally
  • Working professionally and always maintaining Customer confidentiality
  • Remain up to date in all aspects of training & development
  • Understand and comply with all relevant company policies
  
  
Required Skills/Competencies
  • Strong communicator at all levels and ability to work under pressure in a professional manner
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills and ability to meet/exceed deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail required alongside strong organisation skills
  • Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
  • Educated to GSCE level or equivalent / IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at intermediate level
  
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Educated to GSCE level or equivalent / IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be an advantage
