Supply Chain Administrator
Office Based in London North Greenwich SE10
Salary £24,000
Hours: 8-5pm with 1 hour for lunch
Parking on site.

Working within the Supply Chain department, you will be a hugely valued member of the Supply Chain
Admin department responsible for the management of core administrative processes to support the
management of stock, ensuring they are carried out in a timely manner and to the standard expected.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Assist with the administration of supply chain queries, regarding invitations, verifications, and
approvals.
• Act as key stock contact for major customers and suppliers
• Manage and achieve stock related KPI
• Input and process purchase orders
• Utilise system reports and ensure stock is received on time in full
• Communicate with other depots to ensure sales orders and purchase orders are confirmed
• Liaise with other departments to rectify any customer complaints related to stock
• To assist the depot stock team to ensure the depots income is maximised by the effective and
efficient purchasing, procurement and control of stock.
• Coordinate stock purchases via existing contacts - including imports from overseas
• Support the conducting of Stock takes on a monthly basis
• Support customer service team as and when required
• Undertake any reasonable task or duties assigned by the appropriate line manager from time
to time, relating to effective and efficient performance of the job.
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and ideally
have stock management experience. The successful candidate should have:
• Previous work experience ideally as a Supply Chain Administrator or Stock Controller.
• Previous experience of information systems and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail, data entry experience and a good all-round level of IT/PC literacy
• Able to organise and prioritise your workload.
• Able to work under pressure/high volume workload whilst maintaining a professional, friendly,
service-focussed work ethic.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• A diligent and highly organised approach, coupled with plenty of initiative
• Good relationship building skills, plus the ability to work as part of a team and independently
training and development schemes.
