- This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and resourceful Business Analyst who is keen to contribute to defining and delivering high-quality initiatives and continuous improvements.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years’ experience of working within a projects environment as a Business Analyst using Agile methodology.
You will work alongside the Product Owner, Programme Managers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and user stories and develop fit for purpose documentation to meet the briefing requirements and change objective.
You will be responsible for collecting requirements/user stories from the business and supporting the change through testing and delivery to handover. You will be a part of a small effective team so your versatility will be valued in being able to perform other tasks and supportive roles in project-related areas as required.
You will have great facilitation, influencing/negotiating and communication skills along with strong organisation and planning skills. Ability to adopt a curious mindset to identify opportunities and work with stakeholders to create ‘Added Value’ business initiatives will be of benefit.
You will develop and continuously enrich effective working relationship with business and technical delivery teams ensuring technical platform improvements are supported by robust business requirements and or User Stories.
You will share best practice and knowledge across all aspects of Business Analysis practices and actively seek to contribute towards delivering continuous improvement to optimise our business development.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of business process design and process re-engineering and experience conducting data analysis to support business decision making.

- Proven experience in Agile methodologies and tools is desirable
- Adept at MS Office Suite of tools
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP will be of benefit
- Ability to work with Azure DevOps (or similar) to compliment transparency of all work delivery tracking
Responsibilities
- Experienced in translation of conceptual requirements to stated needs that enables development and testing
- Business analysis planning, estimating effort, identification of stakeholders & stakeholder management
- Generating of business cases where appropriate
- Document detailed business and functional requirements and associated specifications
- Ensure requirements/specifications meet industry, quality and company standards
- Produce process models, maps and data flows diagrams
- Implementation of BA best practice to ensure
- Align with project team through coordination, collaboration, delegation and performance monitoring
