An URGENT opportunity has arisen for a Temporary HR Advisor working office based just outside Sawbridgeworth/Harlow, Hertfordshire for a period of 6-8 weeks possibly ongoing.
The candidate will need to hold a drivers license as the location is quite remote and driving is essential. To provide senior level, independent, high quality, professional advice and guidance to Managers, Head of Service/Directors and colleagues on all aspects of employee relations and to act as the first point of contact. This will include disciplinary, grievance and organisational change which maybe complex Person Specification
Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum CIPD qualified Level 5
Previous senior level HR Advisor experience2, working independently in a fast moving environment with a focus on employee relations.
proven experience in supporting and advising on change management/restructuring processes
Experience in coaching, supervising and mentoring team members
Experience in delivering in house topical HR training courses
Knowledge and understanding up to date sound knowledge on employment and equality law and the ability to interpret apply and advise
Excellent IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience of using HR databases or case management systems
