This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, confident and capable Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter, to join a leading Life Sciences company initially on three-to-six-month contract, with the opportunity for the role to transfer into a permanent position. The position will be predominately home based with the option to visit the office if you choose, and the 37.5 hours can be worked flexibly.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Recruiter who has worked either for a Recruitment Agency or as an internal recruiter. You will be joining a committed and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition team to introduce the highest quality talent in the life sciences industry that are a perfect fit for the team and culture. You will be passionate about talent acquisition, having demonstrable experience in recruitment activities, processes and systems, scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates. You will have minimal supervision, so self-motivation, organisation and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with your HR colleagues and recruiting managers will be paramount.
Initially, the Talent Acquisition Partner will support the growth of UK operations, with locations across the UK including England, Ireland and Scotland but there will be the opportunity to recruit globally.
Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills
- Proven experience working in a sourcing or recruitment role
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in using on-line tools, social media, search engines to identify candidates
- Experience in using Employee Relation Platforms and Applicant Tracking Platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate the Company’s culture, vision and values
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities
- Experience in sourcing candidates outside of the UK is desirable.
