This is wonderful opportunity for an experience Executive Assistant who looking to work for a large corporate company.

The role offers a varied workload, looking after several key Directors whilst also handling key strategic projects.

Our client is a fantastic employer in the local area and have a number of sites across the UK. This role will include having the opportunity to travel to these sites alongside the respective Directors, whilst also giving the flexibility to work from the Hatfield Head Office and ‘Work from Home’ when suitable.

Key duties of Executive Assistant role are:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise an everchanging workload
  • The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • The ability to determine which information & data, needs to reach Leadership Team and which do not
  • Good commercial and business understanding
  • The ability to communicate with and present to senior management and executives
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts
  • Proficient using the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Drafting, writing and research skills
  • Time management skills
  • A supportive nature
  • Trustworthy with integrity with professional discretion
