We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive on a temporary week to week basis starting on 6th June 2022.
Excellent company and working conditions - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
Our client is looking for additional help in their marketing department and need somone to hit the ground running.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
- Project manage marketing campaigns and activities from brief stage, through design and planning to implementation and measurement.
- Content development, writing and distribution of communications to provide clear communications and notifications to customers through a range of channels.
- Proof read / modify marketing material and documentation as required.
- Update and maintain the websites with appropriate content and branding.
- Deal with requests for use of the departmental product corporate identities – verifying requirements and authorisation, sending artwork and policing and monitoring use as necessary.
- Assist in delivery of appropriate reporting metrics and procedures to measure the effectiveness of online and offline activities.
- Marketing administration including raising PO’s, managing inboxes and stock control
Person Specification:
- Degree/HND/CIM in a marketing discipline or equivalent
- Previous experience within a Marketing role
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational, administrative and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in a marketing role
- Good customer facing skills / experience
- Ability to write accurate reports
- Ability to be flexible to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Competent IT skills – including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CMS and CRM systems
