This is a great opportunity for a proven and experienced Finance Manager/Controller to work within a growing business.

You will be expected to set up and run the financial processes and use the systems and meet deadlines for financial information. The ideal person will look at strategy and not be afraid of exploring new processes as well as supporting the MD and other members of the senior management to achieve company goals and targets.

Duties:

• Lead the accounting and finance function
• Focus on ensuring the business is secure and robust for future growth plans.
• Form part of the senior management and strategy.
• Responsible for preparing the annual budget and 12 month rolling forecasts for both P&L and Balance sheet
• Responsible for the full month end closing process including preparation of monthly reporting pack and submission
• Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash/working capital management.
• Responsible for statutory reporting, taxes and overseeing external and internal audits

Candidates Skills:

• Professional accounting qualification required; ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• A background in senior finance
• A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
• Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
• Experienced with group level reporting within international organisations
• Experience working in an SME would be beneficial
• Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively work on and manage many priorities at the same time
